Dr. Tugsan was eight years old when he moved with his family to New York from Turkey (Türkiye) where he returns every year for a short stay to enjoy family and friends left behind. After graduating from New York Chiropractic College, he moved back to Turkey to provide chiropractic care and traveled the world learning and combining different techniques from master chiropractors. After six years of being abroad and much prayer, he came back to the United States and settled in Virginia where we have enjoyed having him as a part of our team and the diverse experience he brings along with his wife and new baby boy Arden.
Dr. Tugsan understands and can personally empathize with patients. Due to a past history of multiple car accidents and work-related injuries, he once experienced constant and debilitating chronic physical stress, heart palpitations, and excruciating pain. He was tired of taking medication, but was told by doctors they could not help and nothing was wrong. He was introduced to a Gonstead specific chiropractor and after one visit, started to feel significantly better and his condition began to improve. Using his experiences, what he had learned and continues to perfect, he has provided thousands of patients relief from pain. He utilizes Gonstead, activator, and drop techniques.
